We support immigrants to by evoking awareness and facilitate growth while providing coaching sessions (ICF standards). In coaching we enable awareness of values and limiting beliefs, and partner with clients to use their own resourcefulness with goal-oriented steps.

About the project

Participate

We are a multicultural team with professional coaching experience. We seek accredited coach volunteers (e.g. International Coaching Federation), willing to offer specific amount of hours per month to our clients.

What we offer

We start with a coaching agreement where coaches and coaches get to know each other. We then follow it up with three coaching sessions (once per week maximum) from 30 to 50-minutes. We have offices in Giesing and in Obersendling (Munich, Germany), yet we can also meet online if needed. We provide our sessions in English, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
